( Autumn arrives, haiku challenge, My Poetry, Natuarlist Weekly- Colleen M. Chesebro)
Autumn leaves renounced,
Colorful they come and go,
Trunk remains unfazed.
Good evening and see you next time.
Guidelines-
This week’s haiku invitation from Mark, at Naturalist Weekly is to write a haiku or senryu
that references the shifting weather and the arrival of autumn.
shorter days maple leaves turn red at sunrise autumn arrives full blue moon shining at dawn a little cold bonfires blaze in my neighborhood
