( Charli Mills inspires us via June 27, 2023, prompt in 99 words (no more, no less), write a story as a response to “we’ve received your complaint.” Who has received the complaint and why? How was the complaint delivered — with grace, humor, vitriol? Go where the prompt leads! ) And here goes my ‘complaint to Charli’… ( Kidding Charlie!) –
An octogenarian person who was so happy with an Indian State Government’s online portal related to old age services/benefits that he once phoned to thank on the toll-free number primarily meant for lodging complaints. The lady attendant who picked the phone up on the designated BPO, asked the gentleman to drop the complaint after a beep or narrate that. The person was so excited that he chose to narrate his good words about the online service being rendered by the State.
Final words by the attendant after he finished his thanks shall bewilder you-
We’ve received your complaint.
